Professional Background

Dr. Mark Blazek is new to the CRC family as of August 2021. He received a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY, where he was a member of the Hartwick Hawks men's basketball team. He went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Gannon University in Erie, PA. Dr. Blazek also underwent additional training in clinical reasoning and manual therapy in 2017. His particular clinical interests include sports injury rehabilitation, foot and ankle rehabilitation, movement dysfunction, and manual therapy. He is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy.

Personal

Mark was married in 2020 to his beautiful wife, Kristen, who is also a physical therapist. In 2023, Mark and his wife welcomed their first child, a boy named Joseph. In addition to spending time with them, Mark's hobbies include reading, hiking, traveling, and acoustic guitar. He is excited about the opportunity to accompany people on the healing journey through physical therapy.
